In general, MVNA have no subscribers, while MVNOs have its own business.
4. MVNE (Mobile Virtual Network Enabler): MVNOs need to access to an MNO network as well as have a system to administrate their products and subscribers, which can be all facilitated by MVNE.
For the preliminary MVNO, having no their own infrastructures, it would be more easier and faster to develop their business with the help of professional MVNE to provide infrastructure and related services for them at a low cost.
As the connected bridge between MVNO and MNO, supporting OSS/BSS but having no relationshop with the MVNOs’ customers, MVNE also offers billing, network platform, operation and administration and so on services to MVNO. MVNE concentrates on enabling MVNOs to offer better services to terminal subscribers.
